Z3 Works is a Brazilian software development company, with clients in Brazil and other countries — including the United States, Canada and New Zealand.
Founded in 2014 with a focus on international projects, Z3 started out serving clients in the United States — initially in partnership with a US-based company specialized in integrating foreign clients — then expanded into New Zealand, and today also serves companies in Canada, always pairing that international know-how with projects in the Brazilian market.
Along the way, the team grew to about 20 professionals, working 100% remote and integrated with international teams, following agile methodology (Scrum) from planning to production deploy. That accumulated experience spans sectors like transportation and telemetry, e-commerce, security and IoT, and travel tech — including projects for companies that were later acquired by major players in their markets.
